Enables or disables the Nonlinear (NL) Feasibility Pump heuristic. Although our implementation of this is so fast it makes other solvers weep, it can still be expensive since at the end of the day it solves NLPs and MIPs in succession for every node.
Try turning this off if the solver is spending too much time in primal heuristics and see what happens.
